Totally unprofessional. Loads of middle management dinosaurs who have always done it their way. No support and very few processes. Some really basic things that you would expect to be done but people have never thought of or no desire to make better. Like a company working 20 years ago. Lots of managers who just think life is about working. I would avoid this like the plague, it seemed to be really struggling when i left.
