Pros

The starting pay was great - more than I was expecting to find on a job hunt in a pandemic. I was only part time, management was very flexible with my scheduling needs. 99% of customers were very nice and there were a lot of regulars who are kind and patient people. Very welcoming and inclusive environment.

Cons

Did not enforce the mask mandate on some customers who regularly came in without one and were rude to staff. The management would stick up for the staff but I wish they were stricter to keep us safe.

Coworkers Interesting products Location Discount is ok but tbh doesn’t make much of a difference since it’s so expensive

Cons

The management is pretty awful. They are not supportive of their staff (except Lacey, Lacey is amazing). High turnover rate, for valid reasons. They don’t train you at all and then expect you to do things perfectly
