Pros

Wonderful, caring practitioners. Kind, hard working office staff, RNs, MAs and LPNs. HSA/Dental/Medical insurance offered.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, incompetent and careless management that runs off or overworks loyal caring staff. Bad pay with minimal raises, average benefits. No HR staff or department to speak with regarding employee relations. Management will openly retaliate and hold grudges against staff.

Fast-paced environment Flexible, work arrangement Opportunity to have a meaningful effect on Senior’s lives and help them navigate through their older years. Provider support one another and connect through technology Supportive ancillary staff

Cons

Poor work life balance for some. Unpredictable workloads. On-call time is not compensated for Poor communication by administrative staff.
