Compensation not competitive

Pros

Providers and office staff all very nice and work well together, flexible schedule

Cons

Pay is not competitive—providers have to ASK for performance reviews, it is not done with any structure. Raise might be given, then bonus threshold increased, so it’s not a raise. Bonus system is not transparent. Call is mandatory and not paid and extra shifts are not compensated. No focus on retention of staff.

Pros

Wonderful, caring practitioners. Kind, hard working office staff, RNs, MAs and LPNs. HSA/Dental/Medical insurance offered.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, incompetent and careless management that runs off or overworks loyal caring staff. Bad pay with minimal raises, average benefits. No HR staff or department to speak with regarding employee relations. Management will openly retaliate and hold grudges against staff.
