Pros

Supportive manager and collaborative weekly team meetings, wellness/professional stipends quarterly, willingness to engage in discussions regarding impact of multiple changes on clinicians and great DEI programs.

Cons

Caseload expectations are unsustainable for competent care in my experience. Time limited care model doesn't fit in all clinical cases. Performance metrics are emphasized in reviews. Clinicians are not offered equity in the company. No 401K matching.

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
