Pros

The best part of working at Two Chairs is its people. No ego, incredibly motivated, talented and focused on the mission. You can always count on your peers to support you, collaborate with you and give you helpful feedback or advice. Our providers practice evidence-based therapies and are delivering real results for our clients, with focus on quality and lasting impact.

Cons

Mental health space is a hard industry and it can have a lot of shifts and challenges. Working in this space requires flexibility and resiliency, and it's not for everyone. But for those who stick with it, the outcomes are so rewarding.

Pros

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
