First, thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your experience. It’s good to hear you liked spending time with other clinicians and you found some benefit in the stability that come with this type of practice.
But we’re even more grateful to know what you didn’t like. We’re a small company that’s trying to grow and we will have growing pains along the way. It’s directly on me and the people that surround me to get feedback and understand what we can do better at each step.
I want to speak to some specifics — you’re right, I don’t have a degree in mental health, but to balance this out, I aspire to hire leaders who bring a complementary set of knowledge and skills, so that we can make business decisions that truly benefit our clients and our clinicians. Regarding career growth, we’re very much of the promote-from-within mindset. For example, our clinical director at our new clinic in Redwood City was a therapist on the team at one of our San Francisco clinics.
Clinical work and great care is the backbone of what we do. We’re striving to build the best clinician experience out there, and are focused on getting better quickly.
I’m always available if you’d like to speak more in-depth and would value the opportunity to learn from you. If you’d rather grab time with your clinical director, I’ve made the clinical leadership team aware of this, and they are more than open to hearing and learning from you.
Thanks,
Alex
