Pros

- the people! One of the biggest pros is by far the community that we've co-created as an organization. The clinicians here are client centered, diverse, and incredibly smart people that I continue to learn from everyday. - consultation friendly - weekly consultation meeting AND there is a very open door culture around consultation and support. I probably consult with another clinician ad-hoc at least once a week - Matching - because of the matching system, the majority of my panel are clients that are a REALLY good fit for my clinical expertise and interests. - salaried position - it's nice not to have to worry about getting clients! - support- its great to have a care coordination team that handles billing and insurance - There is a big emphasis on feedback - leadership is constantly soliciting opinions about what could be improved upon - opportunities for growth - because we are growing, there are usually leadership opportunities every few months!

Cons

- Things are changing a lot (and often quickly!!) so its sometimes hard to keep up - Benefits are good relative to other large systems, but could be better

Pros

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
