Pros
-exceptional people: project work will range from working with engineers to clinical psychologists. Folks are intelligent, conscientious, and curious. -individual growth: on most teams if you do well, there are outsized opportunities to make an impact and build new skills -mission: folks here really care about our mission and care about building a better mental health system -high degree of belonging: though early, we're trying to be forward in investing in diversity & inclusion -autonomy: there's a lot of autonomy in terms of things like working hours, working styles, etc.
Cons
-growth pains: some of what you might expect for a Series A start-up trying to scale a largely brick & mortar business. i.e.: changing priorities, waves of urgent work. One days you might be in charge of ordering team lunches and the next day you're working on a company-wide strategy project -very little structure, probably not the right environment for those wanting a lot of guidance or predictive career growth -healthcare as an industry and start-ups in general can be hard (i.e. - benefits are not going to be as competitive to larger systems and/or tech companies)
