Pros
The people- the team of people at Two Chairs is nothing short of amazing. I have never encountered a more dedicated, passionate, and mission-aligned group. The clinical team is sharp, and there is always someone within the organization with expertise if more in-depth consultation is needed. Management takes feedback seriously- there have been vast improvements as a direct result of feedback provided by employees over the last year. For example, there is now a professional development stipend and payment for licensure available to clinicians. Because this is an early stage company, there is room to help shape and define what it means to work here. Making your life as a clinician easier- Two Chairs is building tools to help your day as a clinician run smoother. Engineers seek clinician feedback when designing software that is integrated into day to day clinic ops to help support clinicians.
Cons
With growth happening quickly, priorities can sometimes feel unclear or change on a moments notice. This can be unsettling at times, but is the nature of an early stage company.
