Pros

Motivated clients Beautiful work environment They allow me to use a clinical approach which feels authentic to me Guaranteed income, even when clients cancel

Cons

Somewhat rigid scheduling (generally 8-5 or 10-7), workload for full time employees can sometimes feel onerous, still working out some administrative kinks

Pros

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
