We are a great team working to increase access to exceptional mental health for everyone. We partner with business leaders and clinicians to create research based methodology and software that is straightforward and easy to use and is able to support significantly better outcomes for our clients. We are a data driven , people first company and are growing in all areas.

Cons

More than a con, just a fact: as an exceptional startup, we want to hire exceptional people and that takes time - but it's worth it.

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
