-High caseload + high acuity clients -No diversity in Sr. Clinical Leadership + unprofessional behavior (clicks, gossip, favoritism) -Unclear growth -If you’re not willing to keep your head down and work (don’t speak up), you will be told to consider if Two Chairs is the right fit -if you ask for support or have challenges it’s held against you and put on your performance evaluation (keep your head down)

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
