Pros

They offer lots of support, training, engagement to their therapists. Great benefits as well. Great for new therapists who want a lot of support and engagement with their company and/or supervisor.

Cons

Definitely a tech/startup environment. Heavy weight on client attendance, clients completing screening tools weekly, mandatory meetings, lots of meetings/engagement which may not be desired by seasoned therapists. Therapist scheduling/hour flexibility with clients are impacted by mandatory meetings.

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
