Pros

clinical managers are amazing, colleagues are amazing, nicely set up office spaces

Cons

high caseloads, lots of rapid changes for business reasons that impact clinicians, 55 minute sessions, short-term care which doesn't account for the needs of many clients whose treatment may indicate a need more flexibility with length of care

Two Chairs Response

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with your team mates and clinical managers. At Two Chairs, we've made an effort to help clients get better, faster, but we do not limit or restrict care for those who need longer-term support. Our approach allows for flexibility based on clinical need, and we’re continuing to evolve our model to better balance outcomes with the clinician experience. We know these changes can take time to get right, and we truly appreciate you being part of that process.

Pros

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
