Pros
Benefits where good Wage with little or no experience good The training period was manageable
Cons
The Manager situation was a mess Raises where not given as promised in quarterly and year eand reviews with management, and then regional managment was given the blaim. Raises were not given based on merits earned from the previous year, but new highers where continuously hired at higher and higher rates, leading to new highers with 0 experience earning more than the seasoned employees training the new highers who had been there for 3+ years Corporate kept pushing initiatives that alienated the rural customer base Some company practices felt predatory and dishonest with the way they would change terms and benefits without telling customers and then charge them significantly for it.
