      Pros

      Great incentive plan that rewards top performers better than peer banks. Good opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Retail branch employees can ascend as high as Branch Manager, after that opportunities for advancement are scarce. Technology was recently upgraded, but still lags behind peer banks. Branches are in total disrepair and are extremely outdated. Way too much emphasis on cost-cutting. Get ready to buy your own pens, notepads, post-it notes, etc. Generally, the company does not put much effort into providing an enjoyable atmosphere to work in.

      Pros

      Laid back production work in an office setting. Great management.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve for the machines. Can be frustrating as machinery only works for about a minute before you have to make adjustments.

      Pros

      The pay is market average, and the benefits are quite good. I love my peers. The vast majority of them are kind and talented people. I truly enjoyed my first several years with the company. Well past the honeymoon period for a new employer. And at the time, I recommended this place to anyone I knew looking for a job.

      Cons

      Management is a mess from the bottom up. The culture of the company has drastically changed over the last several years because of frequent retirements, layoffs, and reorganizations. Employees I know from across describe the same experience: the company has gone from outstanding culture to one that feels openly hostile to its employees. Management decisions are built like cudgels and enforced through all stick and no carrot.
