Pros

You receive a paycheck, Vacation time, Some of your co-workers can actually be trusted, they match your 401k, its a "best friends" environment.

Cons

The bank does not know what they want to focus on as far as growth and sales. They throw multiple things at you with little to no information and get highly irritated with you if something is missing. They are the lowest paid bank known to man. And forget asking upper management for help, they sit in the offices and fire off harassing emails to belittle you and threaten everything you do. I would strongly advise someone thinking of coming in for a job to think hard about what they are doing, you wont go far unless you have friends at the top or you can manupulate people into sales.

Pros

Laid back production work in an office setting. Great management.

Cons

Steep learning curve for the machines. Can be frustrating as machinery only works for about a minute before you have to make adjustments.

Pros

The pay is market average, and the benefits are quite good. I love my peers. The vast majority of them are kind and talented people. I truly enjoyed my first several years with the company. Well past the honeymoon period for a new employer. And at the time, I recommended this place to anyone I knew looking for a job.

Cons

Management is a mess from the bottom up. The culture of the company has drastically changed over the last several years because of frequent retirements, layoffs, and reorganizations. Employees I know from across describe the same experience: the company has gone from outstanding culture to one that feels openly hostile to its employees. Management decisions are built like cudgels and enforced through all stick and no carrot.
