Flexibility in schedule, nice colleagues.

Repetative monotone work and not much else.

Pay and benefits are the pros.

Poor leadership. They say they value your input; however, its deceiving. They don't. If you work here, I suggest not making any suggestions or providing any feedback. Managers lack knowledge and credibility.
