      good work life balance, office perks like free drinks and fruit, fun activities, collegial atmosphere

      little room for growth, as the hierarchy goes: associate, then jumps to director.

      * Many entry / mid-level positions are stagnant, there is not much internal promotion. * Classic foundation problems - you are not actually doing the work, just managing the money * Somewhat hierarchical and un-collaborative
