Pros

There a lot of smart hard working employees at USF. They care about their work and are a joy to be around. USF is growing, have good relationships with their customers, and have good products.

Cons

In several cases, I witnessed someone who was working hard and cared about their work be let go for no apparent reason. It seems if they come across as a possible threat to their boss, they are fired. As long as you don't work directly for director level management, you are okay.

Pros

If you don’t know how injection molding works and wish to learn. Usf is the place. I learned to work with tooling, imm, robotics and material vacuum systems. Dismantle equipment and became really good at troubleshooting. You can make of this place whatever you like - it could be a place to grow or misery. Just like any other job

Cons

Nightshift is hard on your health. Unfortunately the machines have backlog on maintenance.
