Promotions are common if you work hard on the floor, always working overtime, gain sharing bonus, pizza and food events, friendly atmosphere on the floor most of the time
Cons
Snakes in the grass here watch out and be prepared for management to screw you over to get ahead themselves. Heartless-don't expect anything else. Everything is about the bottom line. Cut throat politics if you get high enough in the company.
