Good benefits with good people at the subsidiary level.

Cons

Terrible managers at Tsubaki with no regard for anything or anyone but themselves. Seriously, run! Their turnover is horrendous and for good reason. Good people have left the organization due to poor management. Tsubaki HR is inconsiderate.
