Disorganized management, inexperienced staff leads to copious amount of stress - Administration (Non Clinical Role) UC Irvine Health Employee Review

Executive Management does not believe in communicating to their teams and managing the communication internally. Lack of communication and planning causes tremendous stress and inefficient working conditions. Unrealistic expectations from management. Everything is escalated to high priority, because no one plans ahead. Very combative environment with the blame game being played too often. Organizational chart changes far too frequently. Some areas don't even have an org chart available for review, so one never knows how to escalate a problem. Internal processes are out of control (bad or non existent)!!
