Disorganized management, inexperienced staff leads to copious amount of stress

Work-Life Balance good. Working remotely accepted.

Cons

Executive Management does not believe in communicating to their teams and managing the communication internally. Lack of communication and planning causes tremendous stress and inefficient working conditions. Unrealistic expectations from management. Everything is escalated to high priority, because no one plans ahead. Very combative environment with the blame game being played too often. Organizational chart changes far too frequently. Some areas don't even have an org chart available for review, so one never knows how to escalate a problem. Internal processes are out of control (bad or non existent)!!

Well respected employer, great benefits, worked with some amazing people (although all the great ones are leaving due to the current environment).

Cons

The new CEO is horrible. He's a really bad communicator and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. All he seems to care about is the academic side of things. It's not at all an employee-friendly environment anymore. Even HR seems to be taking a turn for the worse which is not a good sign.

Honestly I can't really think of any. I did not have a good experience at all, so I left.

Cons

-you have to pay for a parking pass -parking is far from the buliding so you either need to take the shuttle or walk quite far -horrible management -little to no training -low pay
