Pros
They are huge, have a multitude of positions, jobs, department. I loved working for them, they just have a great vibe and good people-- at least as far as I came across.
Cons
Nothing I can think of that made me have any negative feelings towards except for maybe the fact that it's a highly competetive place to work at. So if for some reason you have half a reason to temporarily leave, no matter how good you are, you will most likely be replaced. However i'm sure each department is different and this a very subjective thing to say.
