High quality hospital, great benefits, flexible hours, many outstanding and caring staff
Cons
Sometimes the support staff in general just seem lazy. Often it's like I'm offending people by simply asking for help or to just do their job. Teamwork is a surprising treat when it happens. Of course this will all vary from one unit to another.
