Pros

Great people and good opportunities to move around the country to advance your career. The culture is very strong in working hard and doing what it takes to get the job done.

Cons

Little to no formal training and career development, your future is entirely in your own hands. The bonus structure was often vague or difficult to fully own based off of you specific performance. If the company is doing well you will do well, if the company is struggling, you are struggling.

Pros

Fortune 500 company, good ESPP program, leadership doesn't leave much to be desired, advancement opportunities, within corporate at least.

Cons

Plants around the country are very fragmented and operate very differently, which can lead to issues/frustrations. Training for positions can be poor, trial by fire mentality, thrown in and left to figure things out.

Pros

Laid back culture. Decent pay. Flexible when needed for appointments, etc.

Cons

No potential for upward mobility. Expensive healthcare. Only options are high deductible HSA plans with only $1k match for HSA. No traditional plans available unless you live in California. There was not a lot of training for the job and was expected to figure out what to do on my own. Asked for system training but never received it.
