      Difficult Work Environment- Especially in IT dept

      If management likes you there are opportunities to advance

      Cons

      If you are a woman, it is a difficult work environment- not a modern workplace. Management was constantly being turned over while I was there. Especially in IT, office politics are out of control and the culture is toxic and stressful. Expectations are not clear and there is rarely a dialogue about changes, whether organizational or for an individual. High drama, high stress.

      Pros

      A lot of very great people. Unfortunately being managed by terrible leaders.

      Cons

      Abysmal leadership, especially in IT. Stay away from IT, it is very caustic with a CIO that has an ego larger than I have ever seen. He has no place leading anyone. Eventually, the executive leadership will figure it out, but at the expense of how many good people.

      Pros

      If you are a white heterosexual right-leaning male, you will do well and have lots of opportunities. Most people I have worked with are talented and hardworking, but there is a huge lack of diversity and it seems to be getting worse.

      Cons

      Constant reorganization, increasingly political messages from the CEO, no clear direction at the leadership level.
