That I'm management, really there isn't anything else positive to say about UL! I can not tell my friends or ENEMIES to work here! It is not a place to grow in. They do not work with current or past Military in any way. Unless they are threatened with a lawsuit. The Human Resources does not abide by the Handbook, but they will be sure those "employees" they do not appreciate do! Close toed shoes not appropriate in HR or for those who are "too popular"! Or shall we say sleeping with "the correct ones"!
Cons
Too many to list! See above! Most management only cares about numbers numbers numbers, and does nothing to help the staff to get them. Training is not there! Especially in CS or International Anything! Laws are broken daily in this areas especially in our International Departments, go there and see for yourself. Never have I had to try to work with such a horrid department in my entire life!
