Pros
The mission was really inspiring and felt like you were helping real students in need everyday.
Cons
I left because management expected miracles everyday, would pay top performers the least and load them up with work, they rarely stuck up for their employees and frankly made things a lot worse. Top management favored their friends. All in all, it was a very toxic environment.
