Pros
Decent pay rate with 401K matching and good benefits. Start with 2 weeks vacation with additional weeks added incrementally as you stay with the company. Work can be simple and easy if everything goes right.
Cons
Poor upper management can make the job much worse than it needs to be. Shift times are inconvenient and starts at a different time every day, no designated end time. There's no employee vetting so new hires can stay employed whether they're fit to do the work or not.
