(Difficult Work-Life Balance) -Constant relocation of areas -Rotations every 6 months to another warehouse (Depending on Management and Customer) -Salary Positions - Difficult promotion process. -Difficult and confusing Career Development process. -"Learn as you go" Mentality. Must be able to adapt -A lot of responsibilities, for low amount of pay. -Most supervisors become "Salaried General Warehouse employees." - Must be able to complete all tasks of workforce underneath. -Most information is tribal knowledge. -Company uses a lot of Acronyms that are confusing or unknown. -Low feeling of "accomplishment" during daily operations.
