Pros
The pay almost makes it worth it
Cons
They hired me straight from college and they have no training program for direct hiring off the street. This means that it is up to you to figure things out. The upper management does not like to teach and the other people expect you to quite pretty quickly. I was pushed out of my position. Additionally, They have a really odd scheduling method that can change by the week or the day. They use radios to announce these changes. The building is loud and many times this becomes a point of contention for the supervisors. They brag about the cost of implementing the radios which do not work. I believe that this place is generally outdated and unable to change. They have a lot changes and the start of these problem are in management.
