      Pros

      Co pay for insurance low. Great night hospitalist and intensivist physicians

      Cons

      Very vague on pay. Paid low on one paycheck for 54 hours, the next paycheck paid the other 58 hours plus any hours over the 108 hours that was worked and all the shift differential went on that paycheck which bumps you into a higher tax bracket. Made less with supposedly higher hourly rate than at previous jobs

      Everyone needs something. Challenge will be to manage your time accordingly.

      Decent pay, flexibility, location, staff, low stress

      Cons

      multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
