      The team of physicians and staff are above average with good systems processes. The leadership is engages in the CMC Healthcare System and evolving the ever changing medical world.

      Cons

      Hard work for below average compensation is typical in the Charlotte area with US ACS (formerly EMP). They were asking for support well outside of the original contract for prolonged periods from local staff without providing any reciprocal reward/compensation.

      multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
