      Pros

      This company really takes care of their employees. Even with it growing so big and so fast, they really do try and still take the time to communicate with everybody. They have great 401k benefits.

      Cons

      Can't name any cons as of right now, to be completely honest with you. Great company to work for in my opinion!

      Decent pay, flexibility, location, staff, low stress

      Cons

      multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
