Pros
Positive outlook, ask for feedback often, take feedback into consideration, genuinely want people to enjoy their jobs
Cons
Focused on metrics constantly, seems like they are constantly looking for ways to cut costs and it seems to come down to what they want to pay the providers and how many hours they want to give us. There are no guaranteed hours, no salary pay, we are at the mercy of what the corporate decision is each month as to how many hours they will give us to work. Constantly cutting incentive pay to work nights and at other rural locations. They took over Summa in Akron, Ohio and now it seems like they overextended themselves and we are paying for this mistake financially. No one from corporate will come out and admit this, they just kind of tiptoe around this elephant in the room.
