Pros

Maternity coverage at the expense of your hourly pay.

Cons

Slave labor. Feel like a sweat shop just to fatten leadership pockets. They promise certain things such as CME, growth opportunity, and “practicing at the top of your license” but never deliver a single dime more. In fact night stipends have been cut. Annual bonuses cut. Simple $20 birthday gift cards cut. They donated our bonus monies to the Red Cross, so they say. Initially they asked for volunteers, when no one did, the ceo Dominic took it upon himself to donate our alleged earned money. Greed is evident.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Last year, thousands of people in states that we serve, including Florida and Texas, suffered extreme hardship from flooding and hurricane damage. Therefore, we decided that in lieu of giving Holiday gifts to our staff, the money would be donated to help victims. We continue to value candid feedback from our providers so that we can ensure that APPs, physicians, and support staff who work for us get the absolute best support they can to focus on our shared goal of caring for patients. Decent pay, flexibility, location, staff, low stress

Cons

multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
