      Good Benefits Corporate Office is responsive Smart leadership

      Very corporate culture, more so every day “physician Ownership” is a bunch of BS- there is no mechanism for physicians to control the direction of the company It sounds like this was a very different company just 3-4 years ago, now it’s Just another example of venture capitalists squeezing profit out of physicians daily work by cutting staffing, replacing docs with APPs, maximizing productivity on every shift... -exhausting. USACS is embracing everything that is wrong in medicine currently Will make promises that are never intended to be kept

      Decent pay, flexibility, location, staff, low stress

      Cons

      multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
