      Constant schedule changes and it was impossible to figure out rvu payments accuracy. All smoke and mirrors. They also mandated extra shifts

      Decent pay, flexibility, location, staff, low stress

      multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
