Stable job in current market/geographical area as they are really struggling to recruit and retain employees here.

Cons

They will do anything and everything to squeeze every penny from the patients and their physicians and APPs. They value profit above all else and don't care about the wellbeing of their patients and employees (aside from the executives, senior leadership, and the shareholders, of course).

multiple system requirements, training is tedious, need to credential at location as well as usacs, communication could improve
