Leaning into AI and offering a lot of ways for people to upskill. Currently seeing more accountability at the top level more than ever before.

Leadership heavy. Struggling with strategy alignment. Promoting or keeping people in positions that don’t add value simply because they are friends with the right people. Many of the people executing on strategy are getting burned out. It is a publicly traded company so you get the downsides of that.
