Business Outlook
Pros
Although USANA is facing some challenges recently, it has always shown a real commitment to employee well-being and success. There is also real transparency in its operations and an underlying culture of of integrity. It's generally a very good place to work.
Cons
Compensation is not always competitive, but there are some good perks such as a gym, wellness classes and an in-house clinic for the employee and his/her family.
