Good products and company is focused on making a positive impact on the world. Employees get free product. The people are friendly. The company is actively building the business through many channels, not just relying on the ever changing world of direct sales. This is going to build sustainability. Not a lot of turnover. Lots of opportunities to advance your learning. They offer several benefits like education reimbursement and free LinkedIn Learning access. Leaning into AI and offering a lot of ways for people to upskill. Currently seeing more accountability at the top level more than ever before.

Leadership heavy. Struggling with strategy alignment. Promoting or keeping people in positions that don’t add value simply because they are friends with the right people. Many of the people executing on strategy are getting burned out. It is a publicly traded company so you get the downsides of that.
