While much of what you have written appears to be rooted in some sort of personal affront (either real or perceived), I do take the first line of your Advice to Management to heart. In my opinion, every USHA leader should pay attention to what you have said here...because it is the essence of who we are, as a company. Everyone is important and everyone deserves to be included. USHA's culture is...and always will be Inclusive, not Exclusive. That said, we also believe in the Agent's right to self-determination. That means that we respect every Agent's right to determine their own level of success, through their own actions, their work ethic, their willingness to learn and their passion for helping others. You claim that "no one makes as much as they advertise" yet, I see their 1099 statements. I assure you...they do. You single out our MedGuard Critical Illness plan as something "Which the client doesn't truly need" yet, I can point to hundreds of customers, whose lives would have been crushed under the weight of enormous non-medical expenses they faced due to a critical illness. You see, that's what makes our company so special in my eyes - that fact that we don't just sell insurance, we sell benefits that our customers can really use in their time of need.
