You have to pay for the dialer, leads, parking, states, licenses. In leads you have to spend anywhere from 500 - 1000 weekly to try to make a sale, the money is not guaranteed. You also get a lot of cancelations which hit your reserve and once you quit you have to pay back the company whatever money they advanced you on. In the beginning, you have to write deals under you manager and you only get a portion of the deal. You have to be ready to work 70 - 80 hours a week 6 - 7 days a week if you want to survive in this place.
