-You need to pay for the software and that's around $95 every month, again they don't tell you this until you started
-Schedule is around 8 am to 8 pm and Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm. If you don't commit to that they will make you feel horrible about it, guilty trip you on how awful it is that your coworkers can work that many hours and you don't. Again they don't tell you this until your first day
-Be ready to not make much money your first month, so if you have no savings or don't have a way to support yourself for a month or two then this is not for you
-If you have a family be ready to only see them around 9 pm and Sundays. That's what some people told me, they only see their kids very little
