Sky’s the limit on the income potential, but it comes at a price. I was hired as an agent in Dallas. What a joke! First the people in charge are married to each other, so if you have a complaint or an issue, it goes absolutely nowhere. It allows them to run a micro-managed sweat shop. They run uncontrolled and definitely lead by fear. Might not be terrible if they had any idea how to lead. It is selling your soul to the devil at its truest unfortunately that’s how you get their support. For me, even though I could see the opportunity and potential, it wasn’t worth getting involved with these people who make your life a living hell. Maybe other places in the company are different, but I believe that the whole company is kind of a screwed up “Wolf of Wallstreet” kind of mentality including the drugs and alcohol at work. If you have morals, you will struggle here. If you don’t, you will probably go far…I believe that is how they got there. Expect to make a million calls a day, so you’d better have thick skin. The lies and deception start with the first interview they definitely aren’t upfront with things in the beginning. Beware!
