Cons
Starting can be rough. I didn't make any money my first 2 months before i started networking with other business owners. The job is mainly cold calling based starting out which can be a grind. Most of the people who find long term success with the company move away from cold calls and mainly focus on networking, generating referrals, and social media. Which is a different grind in itself. Depending on your upline you may encounter lots of corporate BS that could change everything you've come to know. Lots of turnover because people can't handle not making a paycheck. The leads the company provides are very hit or miss. Most of the time agents will work a part time job on the side while they build up their book of business.
