Pros
There is opportunity to make good money but you have to be fortunate enough to have a good sales leader that invests money into quality leads, and takes the time to properly train incoming agents.
Cons
My sales leader was known across other US Health locations to not invest money into good leads or take the time to properly train anyone, most new hires would quit within the first few months they were hired, I unfortunately didn’t know this until I had already left the company, we were required to make 800-1000 calls to horrible leads a day, working from 8-8, often until midnight, most people you called would be people that were already called by other agents a thousand times. Note that you don’t get paid anything as a base salary so until you’re making commission you’re literally making $0 a month.
